Because the Glass Slipper Emma fails a few times to make one finished product that fits each person's size. We make a few and deliver only the good ones.

[For one leg] Normally, we ship in 7 to 10 days. For Asia, it takes about 4-7 days from shipping. For the U.S. and Europe, it takes about 5 to 10 days from shipping.

[For both feet] Usually takes 10 days to 2 weeks from shipping.

During maintenance of the melting furnace, it will take longer to ship, so we would appreciate it if you could place your order as soon as possible. Maintenance period: 2 weeks during the year-end and New Year's holidays: 10 days in May: 2 weeks in August when we are unable to produce.

If your girlfriend's feet are very plump or wide, please note that in the "Notes" field of your order, or send us a picture of her feet by e-mail.

If you wear glass shoes on both feet, the weight of the shoes will drag you. If the glass shoes collide with each other, there is a possibility of getting scratched or spraining your feet.
Please do not walk on it as it will be a burden on your legs and you may get sprained.

All glass slippers are delivered in a blue foil-stamped special box. We will wrap the packing material in a special box and put it in a cardboard box in a safe state and arrive at your hand. (The outer box is a cardboard box: there is no indication of the glass shoe)

I'm sorry. Glass slippers cannot be adjusted in millimeters.
We will make new shoes one by one while looking at the shoes that have returned, but we cannot promise that we will make adjustments up to a few millimeters.
