Refund policy

Due to the custom-made nature of these products, we do not accept returns for customer convenience.
Refunds will not be accepted.
We will compensate you (with a limit) if the item is damaged upon arrival. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact the shipping company and us on the same day.
If it is too late, we may not be able to guarantee the return.
